I have a picture of the amber piece which this inclusion is in: www.flickr.com/photos/amber-inclusions/5290155644/
"This is the first time that this insect has been photographed and shown to others....
It is extremely small and is located very difficult in the piece - it is perfectly preserved but because of the angle was created a facet around its body. You are very welcome to give a comment or bid on an ID"

The best example of oxidation of amber I've ever seen. You can clearly follow the process and what happens to the inclusion of the various stages. Additionally, this piece of amber a rare high number of mites in one place together with a rare isopoda.

It is unfortunately located in a way that makes it hard to get the perfect shot but it is perfectly preserved.
The oldest ant fossils there have been found on our planet comes from New Jersey and Burmese amber. So that ant, on my picture, you see in this photograph is about 29 million years older than Tyrannosaurus rex and one of the first ants, ever excited, on our planet.
This is the first time that this ant have been photographed and published - therefore I do not know the family yet. Can you help me with an ID?
I have a picture of the amber piece which this inclusion is in: www.flickr.com/photos/amber-inclusions/5286435244/

Cretaceous New Jersey amber (90-94 MYO) whit perfect and extremely rare cockroach - body 3 mm (body+feelers and legs 7mm).
Cockroaches are among the extremely rare inclusions in New Jersey amber. This cockroach is perfectly preserved, and because of its rarity, the AMNH ( research.amnh.org/iz/resources/fossil-insect-laboratory ) studied this inclusion and embed the piece in epoxy. So this is a perfect museum piece of amber with a perfectly preserved cockroach who lived approx. 29 million years before Tyrannosaurus rex and approx. 93 million years before the first humans.
Not something that typically is in private hands ;)
here is a picture of the piece: www.flickr.com/photos/amber-inclusions/5300600086/
